I just wanted to say hello. I have wanted to start a raw food diet for the longest time! I am a married,thirty-something mother of a 22 month old daughter and i am still nursing her. I always have concerns regarding my diet and the fact that i am still nursing her. I have lost all but 20 pounds that I gained with her. (I gained 75 lbs. mostly due to hypothyroid). So, hello and I can't wait to get my book!

Welcome to the boards! I have a 14 month old and am still nursing him.

He has shown no signs of having any issue with me going raw and him still nursing.

My milk supply has not gone down at all and he is thriving on breast milk.

He is eating some food, but still nurses quite a few times a day.
