Hello,
Hurray for 7 days so far! I got Alissa's book and DVD's and immediately watched both DVDs the same night. What motivation to go raw--she made it seem so easy, my fears of not being able to do the recipes thinking then too complex and timeconsuming just evaporated. I started making recipes from her book and have not looked back. I cannot believe how tasty some of these are! As I go, I am writing in the margins my own new ideas and from really great input on different threads.
I read postings on the site just about every evening and have found them invaluable support to keep going forward. Thank you for being here and for the great information everyone seems to so openly share.
Glad to be here and look forward to better health and seeing a little less of myself.
