I've come to realize that I am not able to fast (yet) for even a few days at a time, my self-control has not built up yet and my cravings for just SOMTHING to nibble on are too great. I can go 24 (36 if i plan it right) at a time. I was thinking of fasting every other day and just mono eating fruit the other days. Would this sound too restrictive? To me it seems like it would clean me out greatly, almost as well as fasting. I was just wondering your take on it.
