I think these may be the solution to my need for quick carbs with good fats -- just enough to raise my blood sugar. They're very yummy.


These "candies" are made of raw foods and are nourishing and sweetened with enough honey to make
them a sweet, healthy treat:

INGREDIENTS
1 cup ground nuts
1/4 cup brewers' yeast
1/2 cup raw wheat germ
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup raisins
Sesame seeds Mix together all ingredients except sesame seeds. Roll into balls. Coat with sesame seeds.

(I added cinnamon 'cuz I love it.)
