Sounds very good, but I've not seen honeycrisp apples anywhere here. :( Are they "new"?

I'm not sure if they're new, they might be. I first saw them a couple weeks ago at Trader Joe's, then at a little produce place down the street from where I live. For the icey, honeycrisp apples can be replaced by any sweet apple, I just happened to have honeycrisp.
