I've actually been signed up for this chat board since earlier this year, but I never took part in the discussion. I didn't realize what I was missing! In the week I've been coming to the message board, I've managed get back on the raw wagon 100% and stay! When I first went raw 2 1/2 years ago, I went raw 3 months then fell off and haven't been able to get to 100% since that time. I am really excited because I feel that my feet are well planted this time. I knew it was going to happen because I've been preparing these last couple of years. I've managed to purchase every appliance, dish, tool and spice a raw kitchen should have and then some! I even remodeled my kitchen!! (Now how is that for persistence!) And get this...when I first watched Alissa's video I couldn't take my eyes off of the glass canisters she used for her nuts, spices and dried good, so I decided to get some for my kitchen! LOL However, the missing link was that lack of consistency and order in my life. I now know that the raw journey is not just physical, but very much emotional and spiritual. This lifestyle has allowed me to evolve on every level into a much better person than I ever was before. I no longer carry the stress, worry and baggage that were limiting me. Nor do I allow negativity to penetrate my life.

I am so excited to be a part of this lifestyle and be able to share it with others on this message board.

Now that I have that out of my system...plan on seeing a lot of me around here! :D

We are so glad to have you here with us.

And I bet you already have some marvelous recipes.

I love Alissa's glass canisters, they are so beautiful and functional.

A NEWLY remodled kitchen? I am thrilled, I love remodleing and kitchens are especially fun to play with.

Welcome, and please ask loads of questions. :)

I attribute discovering and participating in this board with the fact that I'm 100% today. The day I joined was my first day 100%, and I've been consistent ever since. It feels so right and natural.

Sweet Courage I agree with you!

Best,
