Hi, I started a few weeks ago on the 30 day raw plan, but have decided it is not for me as of right now. After 12 days on the plan I could not handle it any longer, but did discover I could maintain a vegetarian lifestyle and be approximately 75% raw. This is a big step for me as I have always conisdered meat to be the main ingredient of every meal. I hope to gradually increase my raw eating to closer to 100%. I have been trying recipes from Alissa's book and really like may of them. I do feel so much better with the changes I have made.

Welcome to the board herko! I commend you on not giving up completely and going back to your old way of eating. Any increase in raw will improve your overall health! And a *high five* for deciding to stay away from meat :D

Hi
You are lucky in that you now have the knowledge and the aim. There are so many people who never heard of the idea of eating raw food. You must do what is best for you and at your own pace. I was vegetarian for 25 years before I went vegan and then another 4 before going raw. I bet that you will get there faster than me.
Cheers
