Recipes that include mung bean sprouts

I originally got them so that I could make the mock tuna, but no one around here has raw almond butter (and I have yet to perfect making almond butter).

Does anyone have some suggestions for what to do with the mung bean sprouts? I don't want them to go to waste.

Make stir-dried veggies or Pad Thai or make cabbage spring rolls and use in those.

I wrap up bean sprouts, sliced carrots, celery and avocado in collard greens. A peanut sauce goes great with these rolls.
