Hello all,

I am a part-time vegetarian now I am ready to go raw any suggestions? I want to start today! I watched Alissa on Tyra's show sometime ago. It was like 12am. I immediatly looked her up on the web and have been toying with the idea. I did it once for like 4 days and I felt great, I lost 13 pounds (and have kept them off) but I had trouble with cravings. I am allergic to all nuts. I use to use that for the cravings. I believe if I commit now I will feel much better in the long run. Any who any suggestions would be great thanks...:D
