Thank you for your nice comments.
I do not have an actual recipe for this pie,as I have a tendency to make them up as I go along and hope for the best....
For the crust I used ground oat groats, maybe 1 1/2 cups, and then added coconut butter (start with half a cup,add more if needed to make a dough-like texture). Add in a little agave nectar to sweeten, or cinnamon. Press into a pie plate (I sprinkle some of the oat groats into pie plate first so the crust does not stick). Refrigerate.
I've seen other pumpkin pie filling recipes on this forum....

The chocolate ganache recipe I got from this forum:
2 1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup groud raw cacao
1 1/4 cup carob powder
1 cup coconut oil
Blend until smooth, put ganache into a pastry decorating bag and be creative!

Wow! how beautiful!
I thought maple syrup wasn't raw, though? Or am I confusing it with something else?

Technically it's not, but some raw fooders still choose to use it.
It is nutrient rich I've heard. It was really popular in uncook/raw vegan books before raw agave became all the rage.
A good raw substitute is raw agave syrup which tastes like
a cross between honey and maple syrup. I think the dark raw agave
syrup might taste closer to maple. Most of the time the two are interchangable
but not sure in recipes like this were it is more than a few tbsp.
I don't mind using it once in a while in a recipe like this for a special occasion.
Let your concous be *your* guide ;) HTH
