Kind of a strange question..but did the smell of your BM's change after going Raw?

Yes! Everything about them changed for me. The smell, frequency, density, color, etc. Everything my nutrionist always wanted them to be! LOL After years and years of IBS suffering, it is sooo funny how excited I am about my raw BM's now. It is like turning the notch way up on the quality of life meter!!! It was the first thing I noticed too, it started on raw day #2.

i haven't noticed a change in smell in my bm (but then again, i probably have my nose plugged), but i did notice a change in my pee. i was thinking, "hmm, i'm going to attribute this to the detox process." :o

Actually, noodle, that's not so strange a question. A few of raw friends have a running joke that, when more than one raw foodist gets together, it takes no longer than 15 minutes or so for the subject of BMs to come up. Considering how messed up most digestive systems are, this isn't so strange, I guess. We're just all so amazed and thrilled to be experiencing something so different. :)
