I am a new "raw food" person in the tampa area. I had read a lot about the book online and was actually reading a different detox diet book, went shopping for all of that stuff and saw the book by Alissa on the shelf. I bought it. I decided I had purchased enough stuff that I could start today even though the store did not have a lot of things that I had on my list.
I made a trip to another health food store today, again they did not have several things I had on my list (including RAW ALMONDS). So I bought some almond milk, so its not raw, but it is organic and its better than giving up on day 1.
I have spent quite a bit on food stuff and accessory items (food processor, cheap dehydrator), etc. so I have decided to look at my kitchen and think of the return on the investment I can get if I apply myself!
Well,its nice to be here.
