i started my fast today.....now reading....and wondering maybe i should do this "master cleanse" what is it? whats in it? how long? what does it do exactly? never posted a "new thread" i hope i did it right....:confused: if anyone could help me out that would be awesome...thank you..

thank you for sending that link.....im kinda nervous to start it though...maybe ill just stick with a juice fast.....have you ever done the M.C......any tips for me?

I've done it before and one tip is make sure you use Grade B maple syrup. Grade A is much too mild. BTW, maple syrup is NOT raw.

I also like to use lime instead of lemon. It gives it a more South-of-the Border flavor.

I haven't done it exclusively but included it as a drink during fasts and cleanses. At first taste it may burn the throat a little from the cayenne, but you get used to it. Another tip is to drink a lot of it so you don't get hungry. The biggest mistake people make probably is not drinking enough of it. You will be going to the bathroom a lot more.
