Just weighed myself and looked at myself in the mirror and I can't go on...I gained 20 pounds in last two years and look awful. Even my face has changed. After another night last night of drinking vodka and tonics and gorging on potato chips and dip (while reading this website!), I've made the decision to at least buy the book and DVDs. My allergies are driving me nuts right now, and I'm sneezing up a storm. Working on my third cup of coffee. I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I'm only 50.

You will be amazed at how this will change you. My husband came to me this morning with a cup of fresh brewed coffee (we bought in Rome) and it was so sweet; he did not realise I dont drink coffee any longer but have a green juice instead. So I had a sip and UGH it was AWFUL - correction, MY taste buds had changed not the coffee. I felt a bit sad but happy at the same time!

You will LOVE Alissa book & DVD! I watch it over and over. :p

You are taking the right step. Alissa's book is a great resource. I am addicted to cooked food and wanted to treat my body right. I am on day 40 of being raw. I played with Raw and cleanses for a year. When I made the decision to go 100% I was looking for a road map. Alissa's book will help yo to get started.

You will decided what recipes you like and what you don't. There are plenty of web sites to assist you. This one is great because here you are among folks who have the same goal as you - Your Health.

Keep a journal, and don't beat yourself up if you go off the path. Mental health is related to physical health.

You are going to be a success.

Great decision to get Alissa's book and DVD. I'm (obviously) sold on them; they helped me go raw, stay raw, and thrive.

I'm particularly fond of the section on how to clear out your kitchen, restock with everything you'll need to be raw, and begin a 30-day challenge. You'll find an entire chapter of menus for each week. Plus, lots of her enthusiasm and great success stories.

What an exciting journey you've already embarked on. The first step was made with your decision. Its an amazing, miraculous lifestyle. Welcome.
