Carob Fudge

Cup of dates
Cup of raisins
Cup of chopped mixed nuts
Cup of ground mixed seeds
4 tablespoons of carob powder
Cup of water

Whizz it all up in the food processor, put it in a tray and freeze. You can also sprinkle it with seeds or coconut flakes before freezing.

That's great! Hope you enjoy it.

I just had some just now and it was lovely. It's nice if the nuts don't all break down and they are in bits inside the fudge. When it has been in the freezer and you go to eat it it is kinda like hard chocolate ice cream. LOL
