Hey everyone, I was just wondering what new interesting salad dressings I could make without using any oils and preferrably low fat kind of stuff. Thanks a lot!

Well, the oil makes the salad dressing adhere to the greens, and it also adds a lot of flavor.

But, I will assume, you mean no oils, such as olive oil, hemp seed oil, tahini, flax or any kind of oil, also no nuts, or seeds or avocados.

So, with that limitation, I would say you could make a salad dressing with

1 T lemon or apple cider vinegar
1 T Braggs, nama shoyu or 1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 T dried herbs (your choice)
1/2 cup greens, such as cilantro, basil, chives, parsley etc.
1/2 cup celery, (no strings)
1/2 red pepper (seeded)
add water if you need more liquid to keep blended

blend in blender and pour over greens.
