"newbie" from VERMONT

i'm a 24 year old female from vermont
vegetarian for 11 years, vegan for 9 months
i've been wanting to switch to a raw diet for awhile
so after a lot of research i stumbled upon this site and i will be
starting the challenge tomorrow.
support/advice etc is definitely welcome and greatly appreciated!!!

Welcome: My advice is to take things one day at a time, and treat them as accomplishments. Also a big one for me that I recommend...eat when you're hungry, and make sure you're not craving food...especially in the beginning. You're body will begin to balance itself out after a couple of weeks, and you may start to hear it speaking to you on the balance of food choice intake.
