I'm making Ceasar Salad Dressing. It takes 1 Tbsp. flax oil and I forgot to buy any. Can I use anything else or leave it out? It's the one that starts on page 475 of Alissa's book. I'm still new at this.
I use hemp oil for everything... not that that's something you'd have on hand, if you don't have flax oil

Thanks, kmik. I don't have hemp oil, either. :(
You can probably use any oil you like. :D

You wont get the same flavor yet, as Kris says, use whatever you do have on hand.

Thanks, Kris and Revvell. I have Olive Oil and it already calls for that. I'll give it a try. Thank you!

Well, I just substituted a little more olive oil for the flax oil. I don't know what the dressing is supposed to taste like, but it came out great! So far, this one and Alissa's Dressing are my favorites. I've also tried the Mock Blue Cheese, Creamy Italian Herb, and Honey Mustard.
