I've decided to keep my exercise journal here so more raw foodies can check out what I do every day.

I took my stats today.

waist 32 :eek: I wish I could remember the other ones but the waist is what I really care about since my wedding dress is 24.5. My goal is 26.5 since I'll be wearing a corset. I've not been taking my exercise or raw food goals seriously till recently and I've already lost two inches :)

FWIW, I work as a cashier at Whole Foods Market and the job is medium-high activity. I always have the biggest water bottle of anyone, usually spiked with green tea or Ener-C packets.

I like to walk and I like to go to the gym and go on the treadmill and/or elliptical.

Did three reps per exercise this morning. I plan to do them during lunch if I can get outside in the parking lot and it's not raining :rolleyes:

Ren,

You'll have to do your journalling in the proper area. Just think if more and more people decided to follow your lead, then this area would be bombarded with exercise journals. You can put a link to your journal in your signature so anyone who's interested can find you, but you can't do this here...sorry.

I thought the journal was for the raw food challenge only. Nevermind.

Ren, I understand. There are many who journal their raw life journal and not necessarily the 30-day challenge per se. So, because your exercise routine is part of your daily raw/health lifestyle, then it is okay to post your fitness regimen in the journal section.

Good Idea. I may do the same. I thought the Journaling area was specific for the raw diet challenge and I did not want to specifically journal that so Great thanks....!!
