Hello, my name is Lizz I am 20 years old and have been raw for a month now and loving every second of it! I currently live in New Jersey but I am originally from Connecticut soon to be moving to New Hampshire. :dance: I have 4 cats and 4 birds who surprisingly ignore each other. I started the raw food diet for health and for energy and never dreamed I would beat my depression that I had since I was 14. I have never felt so happy and so awake and wonderful in my 20 years of living. I hope to make some new friends, find new recipes and learn as much as I can!
