Hello all,
Any great ideas/recipes for what to bring to a Super Bowl Party? I have looked on line and only found posts about raw products to buy that go well at such a party. Any ideas?
Tanks!

Flax/almond meal crackers with salsa or guacamole (you could also use cucumber slices instead of crackers).
You could make small pizza crusts from flax/almond meal and top with tomato sauce and arugula or baby spinach leaves (or your favourite toppings).
I often make mango chutney (roughly processed mangoes, tomatoes, scallios) and eat it with cucumber slices. Got the recipe from Megan Elizabeth here:

I was searching online today for a banana wrap/tortilla recipe (instead of corn) and found this:

I make a mango, cucumber and avocado salsa. Its just a ratio of one medium avo, one medium cucumber and one mango with a little red onion thrown in. You can also add fresh corn if you want. Serve with raw crackers or chips or just eat plain. Right now, organic mangos have just come back in WF.

These "Cheeze-Its" would be awesome:

I am definitely serving those as they just seem like a Super Bowl snack food to me. =)
I'm also doing an herbed nut cheese with flax crackers, a fruit bowl or fruit kebobs (depending on how much time I have), nut/date balls for a dessert item, guacamole & salsa with zucchini chips... and I also have to have a main dish which I am still working on.
