What are some good herbs and supplements to add to your juices?

I don't add much to my juices. I do sometimes put a little vitamin C powder in the glass first to reduce oxidation in the juiced product.
I like rosemary in some smoothies. Spirulina, maca powder, turmuric, stevia, basil, beet powders, are some of the more common things added in to my blender drinks.

I juice ginger root, turmeric and burdock root. I actually juice the roots that I buy at Whole Foods. I Just add small amounts to my normal green juices. I do like apple and ginger together. Start with small amounts until you get an idea of how much you like. Use ginger sparinging until you decide because too much can overwhelm your juice. I would start with maybe the size of you thumbnail and add from there.

i second ginger root / tumeric / spirulina and add powdered cayenne pepper , whole lot of medicinal preventive powers in those plants . and spirulina mega mineral source
