Hi everyone. Although I registered for this site a long time ago....this is my first time really posting. I am a 36 year old female from New York...and a long time sufferer of Lupus (SLE)...as I continue to not feel good...I decided it is time for some change! I am always barking (lol) at my elderly family members about eating right and changing...meanwhile I am not practicing what I preach! Anyway...I look forward to having great discussions and learning alternatives ways to combat illnesses without depending on laboratory medicine!
