My before/after pics - slow & steady process

I have been 100% raw since Christmas, but went high raw the day after thanksgiving. So it has been a little over a month of eating 90% raw. And 3 days of eating 100% raw. I already notice changes. Do you??

definitely a difference in skin colour. I have found that my skin has lost a lotof it's redness and is lightly tanned and glowing.

I always notice changes in the tone of skin around my face when I go raw. I noticed this in your pictures also. Doing great!
