Just made this for breakfast this morning and it's super yummy!
2 handfulls of spinach
1 banana
1/2 a mango or 8-10 chunks of frozen mango
10-12 grapes
1 small cored apple
1/2 of a lemon
3-5 florets of broccoli
1 Tbs flax seed
Enough water to blend it to your prefered consistency.
This is perfect for when your craving something sweet but realize you still should eat your broccoli.
