I love papaya, especially those big formosa jumbo ones (as in the photo).

Just wish they weren't so flippin' expensive & eco-unsound, in terms of air-miles. Lucky for those who live in places like Costa Rica (speaking of which, didn't Frederic Patenaude move to Costa Rica for a while, to pursue his passion for raw foods..?)
