:heart:Missing this thread...
Revvell created it years ago, you can find parts I-V in the archives. I know the daily appreciations may seem similiar to some but to me the "Creating Abundance" is a about how we take responsibility for our thinking and the potential that postitive perspectives have on all of life's possibilities.
DAILY APPRECIATIONS are about having that awesome attitude of gratitude which makes CREATING and recieiving ABUNDANCE so easy. Please share your stories of MANIFESTATION and/or of putting the LAW OF ATTRACTION into action.
Maybe Revvell will peek her head in and share more on this subject :woot:

*waves to CM* ~ :)
I just wrote this a short time ago in a private abundance group on FB ~
So often here, and other places I hear many negatives about receiving.... how they'd rather give than receive or, everything is SO expensive, and how this or that person is making SO much money.... they're greedy, blah, blah, blah. One thing I know is, with that type of thinking, it's hard to be on the receiving end of abundance. Here's how Abraham puts it ~ "If you believe that you must work hard in order to deserve the money that comes to you, then money cannot come to you unless you do work hard. Financial success, or any other kind of success, does not require hard work. It does require alignment of thought. You simply cannot offer negative thought about things that you desire and then make up for it with action or hard work. When you learn to direct your own thoughts, you will discover the true leverage of Energy alignment."
--- Abraham
Being on the receiving end of abundance, of any type means being available to give AND receive. I see so many people here (on FB) asking ~ "Is it better to give or take?" and so many don't want to admit they'd like more so, they get all "spiritual" (in their eyes) and say ~ "Give".... Well, you can't give what you don't have and it's an energy cycle of giving and receiving. Without the ability to receive, you'll have nothing to give. Who do you want to give to? What do you want to receive? What are you open to? There's so much giving in this group ~ and, so much receiving as well. Have you noticed?
So many are giving of their time, knowledge, experience while so many are receiving of that. The cycle keeps the flow/current moving. Enjoy!
Yep! appreciating what you already have opens the doors to more abundance. Check to see if you're available to receive it and if not, why not? What fears are holding you back.
Injoy,

my employer at my PT gig failed to plan what the staff would do in the event of a low winter enrollment
in anticipation of the hour cut back I decided to put law of attraction into action and began visualizing
week 1 of 6 and I am already enjoying the R&R I need and desire
so glad that I will be able to meditate my way into solstice this year instead of getting caught in a frenzy
this respite is giving me the opportunity to visualize an abundant and fulfilling 2013
and for the first time in a while I have little concern for provision and eagerly anticipate recording the manifold blessings

OMG!!!
So the other day I chose to cancel Friday night plans with my womb circle because we are having to get a new jeep and plans for the pick up were up in the air. I was a bit bummed because this was going to be a special time to do some life visioning and solstice work.
Well I kept speaking my need for a getaway, respite and renewal AND SHAZAAM we got a call from dear friends looking for travel companions to the Smokies. Woo Hoo!!! What a way to end the year.

I had asked for two things for Christmas ~ a Kindle Paperwhite so I could read in any lighting, PLUS, I could put my pdf files on it and read on the go ~ and, a good, sharp knife for cutting veggies ~ preferably ceramic.
The other day there was a package from Amazon on the stoop. Not unusual. He gets quite a bit of stuff for His various businesses from Amazon so, I brought it in and put it on top of the shredder at the top of the stairs. He had told me that there was a package outside so, I knew He was expecting it. Funny thing was though, when He got home, He ignored it. Hmmmm..... 1st clue. I got it and handed it to Him and He put it aside. 2nd clue. I went to His Amazon account and saw He's purchased a Kindle. Well, all I needed was 3 clues! Got my Paperwhite!
Thanks for bringing up this thread, CM. I still focus on appreciations yet, acknowledging abundance this way ~ if anyone wants more, it really does help to receive more of what you want when you acknowledge what you've already got!!!

ah but you ruined the surprise Rev.
We have a rule in our home. If you snoop, the present goes back and doesn't get replaced! *Rev's on the naughty list*
Heckuva lot of views for a new thread.
Well, I guess that only goes to show how much we humanbeings wish to create abundance in our little lives!

LOL - I thought something similar, Aleesha! Snooping just isn't playing a fair game. He wants the enjoyment of seeing a genuine look of grateful surprise on your face, Revvell, but now he'll only see a faked look of surprise, in which case you'll have not just received something from him (the kindle) but simultaneously have deprived him of something (the enjoyment of your genuine look of grateful surprise). Methinks you now have some making up to do!! ;-P

Don't be silly. I don't have anything to make up and no, I didn't ruin the surprise. I've got my Kindle.... which is what He wanted me to have ~ nothing's going back and I tell Him how much I appreciate it and what I appreciate about it every day. We don't have all that secrecy, rules and stuff here. I don't fake "looks of surprise." I opened my gift in front of Him. All that other stuff? That's for normal people. We just have fun here. He got a kick out of how I found out what He got me and He's enjoying figuring out how to use it best.

Manifested over $111 worth of groceries for $16.....SCORE!:excited:
Simply by being intentional with my couponing and plus card savings (over $40) and using a $50 gift card that was randomly given to hubby the other day.
My dear daughter participated in a survey while delayed at the airport and garnered $20 Southwest voucher plus a free month of HULU+ she is the queen of manifesting and reminds me all the time that when it comes to reources is not always about the income you recieve simply what you income you don't have to expend. Gotta love universal provision.
:heart:Oh and while a the library I inquired about the annual canned food for fines promo and so on Jan 7th I will get to rid myslef of several dollars worth of fines while simultaneously gifting food to those in need.
WOOT WOOT:cheer:
Or another way to look at that is that your free gift card will pay your library fines :-)
Either way, it's win-win for you, but since the way one frames life experiences has much to do with one's sense of happiness, I'd stick with your current interpretation, since feeling good about giving food to those in need of it will help you to manifest more abundance in the near future.
Whilst we're on the topic of manifestation, what's your favourite Abraham video/audiobook?
Personally, I find there is much more overlap between the numerous Abraham videos than I'd like (and this can be misleading to potential purchasers of their videos), but 'Getting Into The Vortex! The Law of Attraction in Action – Episode Twelve' is, IMO, one of the best.

Hmmmm
I get my Abraham Hicks fix from youtube and I don't watch often enough to note overlap nor do I keep track of the titles.
Hicks, Dyer, B. Katie, Beckwith and many others offer great inspiration via the web.
Yes, I, too, like Byron Katie's simple profound approach. Even though her approach becomes, after a while, self-evident to anyone who makes a concerted effort to increase their level of self-awareness, it's nonetheless an excellent stepping stone for those who haven't (yet) ventured in the direction of meditation etc. I also appreciate that, for the most part, she doesn't seem to be a money-grabber.
I'm not particularly enamoured with Beckwith, for a number of reasons, although I acknowledge his undoubted charisma in capturing an audience (he was quite charismatic in The Secret, too, of course). I'll refrain from elaborating further, though.
I also think it's a pity Esther seems, outwardly at least, to be rather too focused on profit.
As always, though, there's little sense in throwing the baby out with the bathwater, so I take what I find relevant from Abraham's teachings and try not to concern myself with my misgivings on the monetary side of things. All personal growth teachers have their flaws (don't we all? ;-)
If you like Byron Katie, you might enjoy a series of interviews by Bill Harris (one of which, by coincidence, was with Katie). I'm not sure if it's still available but it was a free series entitled 'The Masters of The Secret'. Cheesy title, but, with the exception of those done with Beckwith and with Lisa Nichols, these interviews were actually done quite some time before the movie even existed, and were simply re-labeled to appeal to a wider audience, in the wake of the success of the movie, when it was released. Bill Harris is controversial but interesting in his very insightful & penetrating coverage of a number of positive growth topics. Anyway, since they were free, it might be worth you googling for 'Bill Harris Masters of The Secret'.
Another whom you might enjoy is Guy Finley (e.g 'Secrets of Being Unstoppable')

spambots - they are rampant LOL and want to manifest more abundance evidently LOL
One of my favourite sayings for mainfestation is:
'Intention, Attention, No Tension'
I've seen this attributed to various authors so I prefer not to attribute it to any one individual.

Went through my vision book (smiliar to a board) this weekend and marvelled at all that has been accomplished and made manifest in my life. I am gushing with gratitude.
Additionally, a few years ago I checked off several items (@ 75%) from my 40x 40 list, deleted others changed a few and transfered the remainder to my 50x 50 list which I anticipate updating sometime this week.

After several overcast days I am so full of gratitude that someone manifested SUNSHINE!!!
:heart
Due to an auto accident several weeks ago I had to purchase a new vehicle. Bought the same make and model I had before just later year different color... and SCORE a way better interest rate. WOOT WOOT
Hubby happened to get an appraisal on the vehicle he most often drives and then later decided to trade. Triple Score: better interest rate, eco/green/ hybridesque and green tax deduction. With the reduced interest rates we are paying @ the same that we were before on our older less expensive cars and it seems as if the auto insurance has only increased by $10 every 6 months.
On both vehicles we get to deduct sales tax from fed tax obligation and we don't need to make a payment until Feburary.
While we are not too hung up on material stuff and we are pretty good at practicing detachment it sure does make one vibrate a little higher (hubby) when they get to fiddle with all the digital bells and whistle on a new and clean car.
Did we manifest new cars...sure we did. We had been talking about "our neccesity" to trade our vehicles for a few months and ad planned to do so around tax season after we could confirm not owing and even possibly getting a little refund. Shazaam got new cars a few months earlier, transferred plates and had very mininimal immediate out of pocket expense. Hubby was even tickled that we got to skip our last oil changes and tire rotations...kerching SAVINGS again!
On another note... I'd been spying a particular hair style, for like 3 years, that I want to achieve. In August I began a shorter version of said style and as the months have progressed I am so getting there. LOVING IT TOO!!! The inspiration came from 2 very beautiful and publicly visible women (a songstress and a holistic beauty advisor/author). So finding their pics on the web is easy breezy. The coolest thing too is that the singer has drastically change her style. So no longer am I mimmicing her do but wearing my own best variation of it without feeling like I copy cat. WOOT WOOT!
