Hello, my name is Lori. In October, I went through the certification process with many lovely people. I read somewhere that it is not only your diet that changes, BUT your life. Raw food is the BEST! For me, it just makes sense. Yes, a little bit of planning, but you get to eat the rewards. From yummy sweets to amazing pizzas, it's ALL out there. Happy today, dehydrator running w/sweets, marinara sauce ready for dinner. Thank you soo much for my raw life.
