If you don't call sunflower seeds nuts - which they aren't - then it should be cool. If you are cutting out seeds as well then a bit trickier. I'm getting quite excited about December. If we aren't flooded out I shall be fasting and meditating for quite a chunk of it :)

Okay, I'm in too! I figure if you can make it RAW through a winter month and holidays, then any other month would be pretty easy, right? :D

Just got back from the grocery store and I got tons more produce than I have been getting.
