Hey y'all :) I just found a restaurant in Houston that had a raw appetizer, main course, and 2 desserts that were delicious! It is called Roots Bistro, they also have fresh juices. If you are in town you should check it out. I will be there often.

Hey... Well, I am at Roots Bistro right now. The Resteraunt doesn't open till 5, but the juice bar part is open till 2:00pm today.

I got a Spring roll which was $7.00 and a Cucumber/Lime Fresh Juice. The Juice was ok. I can make that at home just as good and not pay $7.00 for it. I was not impressed with the Spring Wrap. They said it was raw, but it has the spring wrapping paper around it:

I thought I'd try it anyway and I found it full of Carrots mostly, and not the best tasting. I was quite disappointed because I asked the sales lady what she thought was the best thing on the menu. She was polite, though the guy working there needs lessons in customer service...badly!!!! There was a man who was also there for the first time was was treated rather rudely IMO.

Sorry, I don't think I'll be going back here again.

That is such a shame Renee. I must say it doesn't look very nice. I find it strange that people can mess up lovely veggies.

Me to! I wish there was a raw restaurant here! Guess I need to make one, huh!!!!

I just love it when people log on to post as advertising a business, then disappear! LOL!!! Oh we'll! Would have been great if it were worth going to!!!!
