you add an Avocado to a Sprouted Grain (wheat, rye, etc.) Bread Recipe?
- for those who eat grain -

I noticed some bread recipes call for avocado and am wondering if the avocado is there to create a lighter or more flexible texture.

ps.
none of my avocados have ever made it past me to the dehydrator, they are sooo good all by themselves... but I would sacrifice one to make some soft-ish sprouted grain bread! can it be done? :p

I have no answer to this but I wanted to bring it back up. I made some bread yesterday and it was horrible!!!! Hopefully someone knows if the avacado makes it lighter cause mine was like a brick!!!

I used the same recipe that I used before but added avocado and it did not help at all--in fact it made it look like plastic this time--definately passed!!!!
