Due to two medical condition's, i cannot wear false teeth. I would really like to explore making baby food and find out how much loss there is when you run the vegetables through the single augar juicer?

I am now juicing three times a day and would really like to figure out a way to go more raw in my meals. Anyone with any thoughts on this, I would appreciate your opinion and sharing your knowledge.

in blender grind up nuts or seeds into powder . raw almonds an excellent option , but people also use sun seed / pumpkin seed / hemp seed / sesame seed / and many more . grind up about a third of cup nut / seed , then fill blender 2/3 with water and blend on high or pulse bunch of times . then strain this through a fine metal mesh kitchen strainer or mesh bag like a paint filter bag to remove pulp . put this milk back into blender add fruit then blend into a smoothie . alot of people make almond milk then add banana and carob or cocoa powder and a sweetner such as agave (which i dont like so i cheat with pure maple syrup) then blend into a milk shake type deal . search internet for incrediblesmoothies.com for some great smoothie recipes and excellent dietary info . people even make a nut / seed milk then add avacdo plus cacoa and a sweetner for chocolate milk shake type drink . alot of people just about live on green smoothies , which is just adding raw dark greens to their smoothies containing fruit for basically a complete meal . join the smoothie revolution today ;-)

i really appreciate the reply but i have been making smoothies every morning for a while(1963), I have a Blend tech blender. I usually use Vita – Green and others with my fruit smoothies.

I ran the vegetables through the 8006 and they came out really well and surprisingly better tasting than I thought they would. I think i have just come across a gold mine for it really works. i honestly believe that juicing and blending go hand in hand.
