Hi!

My name is Kate. I am wife, mother and trauma nurse. I was diagnosed with gluten and dairy sensitivities recently. After watching Forks Over Knives I realized that I needed to make some serious changes to my diet, for myself and my family. I have been thin all of my life, but in the last few years I have gained 40 lbs. So, today I am commiting myself to going raw for 30 days and see what happens. I am hoping I can find some support, advise and recipe ideas here.

tough job , major props !

bananas huge staple to always have over abundance of . bananas and walnuts or almonds a quick simple
energy providing meal

make homemade trail mix with alot of raisins as the sugar kick and sweet taste always helps

lokk up raw granola bar recipes so can have abundance of cheap to always take where ever

in salads alot of avacado and nut or seed such as walnut or sesame

nut n seed milk based fruit smoothies quick n energizing

* bananas / avacados / raisins huge staples for me , avacado per salad every nite
