Wow that's great.

Alfalfa sprouts are soooo easy to grow! You only need a small amount of seeds to get a big amount of sprouts.

A 72 water fast with coconut water cured my cravings for bread. That IS a miracle!!!!! I'm allergic to it and been craving it like crazy....no more. :D

Have you tried taking a greens powder with alfalfa in it? That really kills cravings also!
