Hey everyone, my names Cooper, I am a track athlete at USC. I have been a picky eater my whole life and have never really been close of being in the best shape i can be. I have heard about the wonders of the Raw food diet. It is my senior season and I want to be in the best shape i can be for once in my life. I have started blending but im very new to this and how much I should be eating and what. My green smoothie consists of:
4 cups of spinach
4 cups of OJ
2 cups of strawberries
2 cups of blueberries
2 bananas
comes out to 64 ounces and i drink those throughout the day, i just need to add more grains and nuts to my diet. My biggest part is sticking to the raw foods because like i said i have always been a picky eater eating bad food (i want to break this habit.) I am hoping this site and people on here can help me change my way of eating in my life for the good. I am 6'1 and I had 12% body fat last spring semester at around 205, now i am 220 and I would like to be fit and lean around 190. Im looking forward to getting help from all of you.

Above is a link to cronometer. You can download it and use it to determine what you need. You can track your exercise too if you wish. You do not need to add any grains or nuts if you do not want to. They are not required by the human body. Grains are for birds and are not ideal human food.
