• Food dehydrator
• Vacuum freezer bag

Wash and slice your favorite fruits and place them in a food dehydrator/dryer. You can purchase food dryers at any department store or large chain drugstore. Follow the directions in the instruction manual when using the device.

Transfer the dried fruits into a vacuum freezer bag. Purchase freezer bags with a special air pump you can use to remove air and seal the bags.

Place the freezer bags in a freezer container that is moisture-proof.
