I've overcome some serious health issues over the past few years and it's been a hard journey.

But i'm healthier than ever now and enjoy exercising and eating wholesome natural foods.

Welcome...I have found this forum to be helpful for me on my raw journey. Sometimes I just read because I don't have anything to add. I have used raw food to help me in my journey for optimum health so I applaud you for your efforts and I hope you continue to improve your health.

I've been doing a lot of reading on here too. It's such a great resource and i'm surprised I hadn't come across it earlier.
