I'm constantly thinking about food: what I'm going to eat, when I'm going to eat it, if I will have enough not to be hungry. After I eat I'm always thinking about my next meal. Anyone else have this problem? How do I stop?!

Hi! Actually I STILL go through this from time to time!!!! LOL...good thing I have a raw business that helps keep it at bay!

Planning my menus helps a lot...knowing what I'm gonna eat ahead of time keeps me from stressing about it too much. Try that for a day. :)

Thanks! Sometimes even if I plan it out I'm still thinking about what my next meal is, even knowing what it is! I am doing it now lol maybe it is normal?

I think so! Normal....I mean, especially if you're having to dehydrate you've GOT to think about what you're making and plan it out. I love looking forward to uncooking again! Meditating on great foods is a good thang!!!! :dance:

I do the same - food is always on my mind! Meal planning, meal prep - etc. I'm one who likes to be prepared, so I guess that's why for me. Totally normal, right?? ;)

Count me in, I am always thinking and talking about all things food.

I absolutely love it. :dance:

Food is my creative expression.

Thinking about food, help keep my thoughts positive.

I truly believe thinking, talking and finding my creative expression though food, has hugely contribute to my healing and saving my life.
