Has anyone tried this? Colosan is supposed to be kinda like doing a colonic without the colonic. It removes all the build up from the intestines etc.
You can read more about it here: http://www.familyhealthnews.com/favourite_products_colosan.html
I'd love some real-life-experience sharing if anyone has some to gift me.
I haven't tried it (although it's been around for many years and I have toyed with the idea a couple of times, whilst surfing over at iHerb).
However, just a quick note to remind you to use magnesium products (Colosan is just a blend of magnesium oxides) only in moderation.
I know you've plenty of experience in the field, so my word of caution is mainly for less-experienced natural health folks who may be reading this thread with interest whilst being unaware of the potential dangers of hypermagnasemia if using magnesium supplements with excessive enthusiasm (and people do seem to have tendency, where colon-cleansing is concerned, to think, "well, 'more' would get me deeper results faster!")
For well-meaning but risk-bound folks such as these, the following may serve as a 'balancing' influence upon their approach to colon cleansing:

And I would also like to add a further word of caution for anyone else reading this, to avoid consuming psyllium seeds, the husks of which are overly-popular, in the natural health field, for use as part of so-called 'colon-cleansing formulas'.
All of that aside, I look forward to hearing your results after (carefully) using Colosan, Aleesha! (we both know you're going to try this stuff, right?! LOL)
Good luck :-)

Hi Aleesha! I've tried Colosan and many other similar cleanse products. I personally didn't like their powder version, but the caps may be better. I preferred Pure Vegan Mag 07. There's a few others that are good too. You may find that since your diet is so cleansing, that you won't need to take anything on a daily basis because it may be too strong. So every other day might work. Just depends on how much cleansing you need. Just make sure you're near a bathroom when you first try it.

Actually Alissa and her sister Stacie recommended it during my certification this weekend. I wanted to find more info on it.
As most people here know I'm not a colonic or enema person. So I thought I'd investigate this further but... that said... I want to hear from people who have also taken it.
Arky, as always it's a gift to have you chime in. Thank you!
Dimond, I hear you on this. Thanks!

I wanted to add that the reason I didn't like the powder is because the results weren't very consistent since it doesn't include the citric acid. So when you add your own, it may not be the right amount necessary. When I've used the caps of other brands, it seemed to work better since it included the exact amount needed. I'm sure it's something you can play around with if you'd prefer the powder. Also, I disliked the taste of it.
