Not necessarily simple but have a look at nouveauraw there are some well written recipes there.

oh i've been on nouveau raw. that's where i found that onion bread recipe. some of her things are pretty complicated, and most of the things in her main entrees category doesn't look too good.

i'm looking for raw burgers, sandwiches, breads.... ANYTHING that helped other stay raw.

make kale chips. You will love them. There are recipes on here or loads of places on the net. I recommend the cheesy ones particularly and they are easy.

With dehydrators it is often a good idea to start the process with the temp higher than you think it should be. Too low and you might get fermentation.

Cut up some Zucchini and lay flat on your Dehydrator Screen. Dehydrate for Zucchini Chips. Then, make Alissa's Almost Salmon Pâté from LOLF. Dip with the chips! Yummmm!

Easy sneazy!!! :-)

Do you like brussel sprouts? Even if you did not like them in the traditional cooked way, try this. I personally think they come out tasting much different, sweeter, and without the sulfury tastes. Peel some outer leaves off, until you get to the tighter core. Slice the cores horizontally (iirc, they hold together better this way rather than vertically...experiment). Using both leaf and slices, marinate them in the sauce of your choice. This can be lemon, salt, apple cider vinegar and an oil, or more seasoned or flavorful as you wish. I like to use coconut secrets liquid aminos. Try a touch of honey. For added texture, and as well when I do Kale chips, I like to add raw hemp seeds and/or finely chopped or ground sunflower seeds. Dehydrate and enjoy.

Simple recipes are all I do-mainly soups, smoothies, puddings, & salad. Dips like spinach & hummus are extremely easy. Here's some others:

Taco Meat
1 cup Walnuts, soaked & chopped
6-10 Sundried Tomatoes, soaked
1-2 Tbs Olive Oil
½-1 tsp Chili powder
½-1 tsp Cayenne powder
½-1 tsp Salt
Optional: ½ cup Zucchini ½ cup Walnuts
Blend. Serve in lettuce wraps w/salsa, on crackers, in salad.

Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower, chopped
Sundried Tomatoes
Lemon juice
Spices
Optional: Dash Olive Oil
Blend on low.

Fresh guacamole wrapped in lettuce:
Guacamole

1 Avocado
1 lg or 2 med Tomatoes
Cilantro
1-2 Garlic cloves
¼ cup Onion or Scallions
Dash Salt
1 Tbs Lime Juice
Optional: Jalapenos, Cucumber peeled/diced (makes more)
Chop everything & mix in bowl.

This is one of my favorite recipes and I make it often. I put any and all veggies in it that I have on hand.

Spicy Broccoli No Stir Fry

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup raw cashews, chopped
2–3 large celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms of your choice, sliced
1 tbs teriyaki sauce (or make your own with Liquid Aminos/Nama Shoyu and a bit of sugar)
2 tsp chili sauce
4 tsp grated ginger or 2 tsp ginger powder

Start by cutting up the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces and place into a medium-sized bowl.
Add the celery, mushrooms, and cashews into the bowl. Add spices and sauces.
Mix together, until all veggies and nuts are covered.

RE: brussel sprouts

I'm so sorry. I thought I'd answered this the other day but don't see it now. I dry until they get crisp.
