Indy needs RAW!!

I would like to open a raw food restaurant/juice bar in Indianapolis. There is nothing here! It's so depressing!! I don't have any degrees in business, but I have been co-operating a non-profit for a couple years. I just think I need to do this. I want a career change anyway.

It is very hard to make money in any restaurant but especially so when it is raw because the ingredients have to be of such a high standard.
