hey everyone,

I am looking for a 5 day green juice fast write-up or a book to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and i will be using a vitamix 5200.

Just looking more for a guide to follow. I read so much on juice fast and have never tried one. I eat so much raw but never tried a fast and would like to.

You don't need a guide... follow your body. See what it wants and then drink it.

If you want greens then juice greens. If you want sprouts add some in etc.
