Hello from Nor Cal!

Wassup guys! So I've been raw only 3 weeks now, I've been Vegan for a handful of years now, and raw seemed a great next step, looking for a community that posts a lot so I'm feeling the waters, I'm a lazy uncook so I normally eat the same things throughout the day every day.

Welcome...I'm sure you will find this forum very helpful. I tend to eat the same things to but then I get tired of them and move on to some thing new for a while. I love Northern California...

Thanks! I'm born and raised here, we have great produce! I'm lucky to have farmer's markets that always have great local food, I've been trying to focus most of my meals based on what's there, certain items have to be purchased elsewhere like bananas and young coconuts.

Yes this forum has been helpful for me as well when making the same transition a few years back. Congrats on nailing down your diet. Most people are food addicts their whole lives!
