Hello everyone!
I would like to know if someone has experience of water fasting / juice fasting as a mean for cure endometriosis and candida.
I am currently eating 80/85% raw and possibly organic food (vegan). I am in list for a surgery for severe endometriosis with bowel resection but i would like to make the attempt to shrink the endometriosis' lumps with a strict raw diet.
Also, i ve got some episode of candida every month or so....
Do you guys have some experience on these issues?
Thank you so much in advance!!
Simo ^_^

How long have you been raw. You will be amazed at what it can cure if you give it time. Stay with it.
Candida = possible sign of immune suppression
Endometriosis = possible sign of endocrine irregularities (and perhaps even some toxicity issues, too, since the liver is very much involved in helping regulate hormone levels)
On the basis of all these possibilities, the very first thing I'm going to ask you is have you been tested for heavy metal intoxication..?

I have endometriosis and spent years on heavy pain killers for the severe monthly pain and I'm symptom free now. I haven't had the internal scarring checked, but I am completely symptom free and I don't have to take pain medication anymore. The pain and symptoms went away when I cut out dairy, drastically reduced animal protein in my diet and increased raw produce (most of my daily diet) and started a fairly heavy exercise regime. 60 or more minutes of cardio most days of the week, my choice is running. The diet alleviated the pain, water retention and stomach nausea and the cardio also reduces the pain and shortened my period from 8 days (extremely heavy) to 2 days very light. There have been times over the few years I've been doing this where I slacked on my regimen and I noticed during those times the symptoms would gradually come back (worse and worse each month) and go away again once I got back on my daily schedule with diet and working out.
You didn't mention how long you've been raw, but if you can postpone the surgery without harming yourself I personally would recommend giving your new diet some more time and if you're not already working out....START! Reasonably intense cardio workouts does so much in helping to reduce period issues and with shorting your flow so you have less days of having to deal with it each month.
