I saw "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" this summer and immediately went out and bought a Ninja juicer. Then my wife yelled at me, because she had a $300 juicer that was given to her and was sitting in her parent's basement unused, still in the box. I did a 3 Day fast, following the plan on the FSAND site I found.

I followed the 10 day plan next and lost a lot of weight, but it wasn't a fast. It was more like a vegetarian diet with vegetable juice. But I was shocked to see that the plan wasn't like what I thought the truck driver was doing in the movie.
I'm over 320 pounds. I have no health problems aside from being "obese" according to BMI charts. I played college football, but that was 15 years ago. I went in my freshman year weighing 240 @ 6' tall. The coach told me if I wanted to start, I would need to put on 50 pounds. I put on 70 over 2 years, being able to squat 700 (still can) and bench press 500 (not so much now), and run a mile and a half in 12 minutes (which was good for a guy my size). Now that I'm much older, I don't need this weight anymore. I'm still active, I ran my first 5K two months ago and plan to do another before winter comes, but it all hinges on this question, would a 60 or 90 day juice fast be okay for me to do? It would be great if I could get a juice fast coach. I'm tired of being this big!
