This gal is trying to recreate vegan style Paula Deen's Southern Cooking Bible. She is not raw, but some of her recipes are, including this one. Personally, I just used a whisk to mash up the banana, and you may also wish to forego the sugar for it to be a little healthier, especially if your bananas are already ripe and sweet.

Vegan Banana Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas (1 of which will be thinly sliced)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw sugar
Directions:
To start we are going to thoroughly mix one banana with an electric mixer. Start on low to prevent disaster, then whip on high.
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raw sugar to the bowl and continue to whip. This can probably be done in a food processor or blender.
Next you are going to slice the second banana and layer it in a ramekin. I thought this would make two serving but then decided to go with one.
Layer on the silky banana cream, and you are done. You can also top with coconut whipped cream which I have a recipe for here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuxhT8lYc2E
