Instead of focusing on things like if your weight is right or other health problems, put your focus on treating your body with as much love as possible. Focus on giving your body what it needs to be at it's healthiest and the rest will naturally take care of itself. Positive thoughts about your body will naturally cause you to treat your body in a positive way creating a happy, healthy body! You are doing the right thing by seeking out this path for your health, before you know it your weight will have adjusted to what is right for you as an individual and your hair and skin will become healthier and more radiant than ever before, keep up the good work! You deserve the best! :)

Once you remove from your diet the animal protein, the cooked grains (flour, bread, pasta, rice), refined sugars, processed foods, and start embracing a mostly raw vegan diet, you will find you have more energy and your skin will be smoother.

As to the coconut oil, just rub a little on your face.

Yes, fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. Then there's also nuts, sprouts, seeds. Things like almonds, sprouted quinoa, chia seeds, etc.

Alissa Cohen has said about raw that it's often what you don't eat which is important. Eliminating things like meat, dairy, baked breads & cakes, etc. will do wonders for many people in terms of health. These foods are acid-forming and can make people sick and sluggish.

Raw foods benefit you with the nutrition they give.
