I started a workout program 5 weeks ago. What a boon to my desire to stay raw. I am starting the 30 day challenge again tomorrow. Been eating mostly raw but really want to get to 100% again. I reflected on how much I had accomplished when I had reached 6 months raw before and I really want to be there again. Do not minimize the effect exercise can have on your whole outlook, energy and you put so much effort into your workout hence "Work out" and you want to fuel your body with nourishing healthy vibrant food.
