Molasses cookie recipe?

Does anyone have a molasses cookie recipe? I use to love them as a baked cookie and now my baby loves to eat molasses.

So I thought if I had some recipes I could put them in. That would be great.

Unfortunately molassas is not raw, so I have no recipes for you.

Yacon syrup is a great replacement for SAD molasses. Yacon syrup, pressed from the roots of a sunflower like plant, has a dark brown color, sweet flavor that is similar to molasses.

You could simply make some of Alissa's raw cookies and use yacon syrup as the sweetener if you are craving cookies with a molasses taste.
