Been reading the boards for awhile now and have been 90% + raw for 2 months. Just wanted to thank everyone for all the info and advice I have read.
I am in the Appalachian Mountains where everyone around is "meat and potato". I do enjoy going to the farmer's market in our town but sadly that is ending with cold weather and so it is back to the supermarket until spring.
I look forward to being a more active member of this community
